How it works FAQs

  • Can I manage my screen(s) while not onsite?

Yes! The platform is cloud-based so you can manage screen(s) from anywhere in the world regardless of where the installed screens are located.

  • Does the player device that connects to the screen work on WiFi?

Yes! The Lite, Pro and Ultra models all support WiFi or Ethernet.

  • If the internet goes down, will the screen continue to work?

Yes! If you have the setting enabled, the majority of content will be able to continue playing. Exceptions are limited but include sources which cannot be cached, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and social media feeds.

  • If we have a temporary power outage will the system start back up?

Yes! When power is available again your player device will resume playback (internet required).

  • I’m an IT admin and we want to transfer this task over to non-technical staff. Will they be able to use this without hassling us?

Yes! We designed the platform with that in mind. If they have questions, you can have them reach out to us. We offer free training for your staff members. Schedule Orientation
