  • Can I manage my screens from my phone or tablet?

    Yes, simply login to our website as usual.

  • Can I use any TV?

    Yes, you can use any TV, monitor or commercial display, including displays with nonstandard aspect ratios. The only requirement is that it have an HDMI port, otherwise you'll need an adapter for HDMI.

  • Do I need to install software on my computer?

    No. Since SmartSign2Go is cloud-based, you can manage all your screens from wherever you are simply by logging into our website.

  • Is it hard to change content on screen?

    Nope! We designed the SmartSign2Go tools specifically for nontechnical staff to use. After creating or modifying a message (page), your TV displays will automatically update within a minute or so.

  • How many users can I have in my account?

    As many as you'd like. There is no limit on the number of users you can add to your account.

  • Can I try before I buy?

    Absolutely. You can either start a free trial through our pricing page or for the full experience, we can ship you a player device to connect to your TV. If you like it, great! If not, ship it right back to us with a prepaid label. No credit card necessary.
