Control one screen (or thousands) in three simple steps.

1. Create a page for each message.

Think of these as PowerPoint slides in a presentation. Each page holds a different message. Create as many as you’d like.

Design custom layouts with our page designer

Start faster from preset templates in our sample library, or

import content from other sources like Canva, Google Docs, or Office 365.

Make changes from anywhere on your computer or mobile device. It’s easy!

2. Build a playlist to display your pages

A playlist lets you sequence your pages to control how long each is displayed, the transition between them, and add effects.

Just drag your pages into the playlist.

Sort them in any order you want.

Set your timing and add transitions or music effects, too.

Schedule playlists to run at different times, like morning vs. afternoon, or on special days like holidays and team events. (Subscription is required for this feature).

3. Set up channels for your playlists

Think of a channel like a TV station. It directs which screens will show which playlist.

One to many: One channel can be on many screens at the same time (like a library, or conference center).

Organize pages and playlists effectively to create the best experience for your environment.

Edits are automatically updated when you change a page or playlist. The channel syncs your updates quickly to each display!

That's it: You're good 2Go!

Manage everything from your smartphone or tablet—without complicated software. Just simple, effective displays that get the job done!
