We used this for our small business and it has worked amazing. Anytime I had a question smartsign2go was a text away with a resolution. They responded very fast and efficiently every time. The website to add images was very easy to use as well.
I've installed 3 displays at our manufacturing facility in 2 different buildings. So Simple! We're doing away with the corkboard paper announcements for all 120+ employees and instead using the electronic signage to push all company and HR communications in a scrolling slideshow. Web Portal updates and changes to the slide show can be made from anywhere and anyone with our login credentials. The system ran reliably for years at my previous company so I brought it to my new employer. Employees and HR couldn't be happier.
We use it in our restaurant back of the house areas to convey messages, updates and reminders to the team. Excellent support, relatability and ease of use. Very happy.
Loved customer service they were on it from the jump. I had no idea how to set it up but looked at my phone and they had already texted me asking if I needed help. Days after I needed help and they responded fast and were not mean about it. The software has been easy to use and customers have been enjoying seeing the display we have. I really love this system. I have used it now in two completely different applications. The first was to do in-house advertising as well as something for waiting customers to view. The second one I am using for scrolling donors' names in place of a donor recognition wall. Works perfect for both.
The pro unit was very easy to setup and get started. The software is user friendly with easy drag and drop options. Even if you don't use the tutorial to learn each function, the software is clean with only a few buttons that are clearly labeled. For the price, it is easily the best unit and software on the market today.
We have been using these across our portfolio and are very pleased! The functionality is vast and it is always increasing with new updates! You can view, in real-time, what is being played which is AMAZING if you are remote or have multiple players. There were some kinks, in the beginning, to work out - such as format size, etc. but once those were figured out, we have not had any issues! We had such a great experience, that we started out with the smaller version and upgraded it. Also, any email to support is answered extremely quickly!
We have been using this product for a few years as our reader board in our lobby. Very easy to update, as well as provide helpful information to our guest.
SmartSign2go is an excellent vendor to work with. I was able to schedule a last minute demo for the following morning. I purchased this service for my restaurant after a very negative experience with a digital sign system from Mood Media. I could not be happier with SmartSign2Go. I dealth directly with Derry, who responded to all of my inquiries right away. The system utilizes a simple Chromecast receiver and it was pre-loaded with my WiFi connection. They created two initial designs for me which were perfect. I plugged the device into the splitter for my monitors and the signs came up immediately. (With Mood Media, this step took about three days and countless hours on the phone with technical support.) The software is incredibly user-friendly and even a computer non-literate person like me can create great designs that include GIF animation. (Compare that to the most user-UNfriendly software that Mood Media uses that even their professional designer's can't figure out.) This is a great deal too -- a small initial purchase price and small monthly fee compared with $160 a month for a Mood Media system that was constantly going down and ended up failing completely. I am a huge fan of this company!
I love our new digital signage! We have been able to communicate with the member's of our 24 hour gyms without being there 24/7. And we know that people are reading it, because we are being approached by members asking about our promotions. I love it so much, that I am purchasing it for all of our locations.

Very easy to setup and use. Their support is top notch and what really sets them apart from other companies. Whatever problem you are having they will hold your hand through the process until it is resolved. Box is rock solid as far as stability. They offer several different options as far as monthly service (after trial) that will fit your budgetary needs. Have several of these in different locations and I'm able to remote in to each one and remotely change material as needed. Again, can't say enough about the excellent tech support. They are great via phone or email.
We've purchased and installed a number of these digital sign players from SmartSign2Go. They are incredibly easy to use and reliable. If we ever have an issue we need to solve or a question, the SmartSign2Go team is quick and responsive. We've used other digital sign platforms in the past. None were this easy, as flexible, or came with all the widgets to give our displays the added features of weather, news, social media feeds, etc.. The best part is being able to update any sign, in any location from their online portal. We high recommend SmartSigns2Go.

I know there are many more features to discover but I basically deployed this in a matter of a few hours. I am replacing a sign that runs MagicInfo Express which is very difficult and untrustworthy. I also am replacing MVIX which too are hard to setup and keep going. This device was simple and easy. I even had to change the wifi which ended up being simple and easy. I simply just display the specials and now I have the ability to display each daily special automatically.
Switched to SmartSign2Go from a competing product and the difference is like night and day. As an added bonus, you can actually talk to a real person for support if necessary, in a timely manner instead of ping pong emails.
When our VP of IT and our Administrators took a look at the system they were blown away at the quality of the display and the ease of use at the user level. Thus far all tech issues have been resolved with a simple call to Derry the CEO, hands on customer service and support. Deery, probably, was the closer for me with my purchase of his product. First, he, as owner, was the person who answered the phone when I called to get info on my digital signage system. He gave me all of the time that I needed to explain his system and he simplified for me in a way that I visualized my shop using it as he spoke. I have been searching for something like his product for almost a year. Nothing fit. I stumbled upon his product off of a Google search, reviewed it, gave Derry a call and am now a very happy end-user of his product. The system give us the ability to educate our patients as well as market our services to them. The ability to use various types of content is very important to us. We also like how easy it is to make changes and do updates to keep our content current. I somehow found a site that listed many many companies of this type with explanations as to what they do and how they function. This enabled me to reduce the number to look at to about five. I then open all the websites for the various companies and tried them. I was also looking for a company with a reasonable amount of support at a very reasonable price. We are able to remotely control all the locations from whichever location we happen to be at and can also run different signage at different locations. This means one store has a product the others don't we can feature that on the individual signs. We use the signs behind the register so while the customer checking out they can watch it. I'm sure we will expand on the use of these signs. I can't say enough about Derry he is very responsive and helpful in arriving at a financial solution to benefit small mom and pop operations. The upfront cost per location is very reasonable you can size the TV to fit your space. I bought three relatively inexpensive flatscreen TVs 32 inches that is my only regret is that I didn't go like 48 to 50 inches. No matter what anybody decides they can make a work within your price range if you are a reasonable. You will not be disappointed!!! Carl and Gina.

We recently went with two 55" panels at our front entrance of our elementary building and can now broadcast any necessary information from any device with ease and simplicity - in both Spanish and English. I've been searching all over the web for digital signage that is user friendly, cost effective, and provides weather, RSS feed, video capabilities, and remote site management (cloud based). After many days, weeks even, of searching for digital signage that fits this criteria, I came across SmartSign2go. My search is over. The content management is very intuitive and capable of everything our organization needs, and then some. We have three displays in various locations that we can manage from one area. We can use similar content to display on each tv screen or we can use separate content. The customer service and knowledge behind their product is what everyone desires. They willingly accept feedback to make their product better, more efficient, and user friendly. Need I say more?

I sincerely couldn't be happier with the system. Not only was the system delivered quickly, but it came preset with a series of modules that I could use right away. The online support is great, and the "how to" videos are easy to use. The designer software, while clearly built to be user friendly, packs enough of a punch that I've been able to accomplish everything that I've wanted thus far. I will soon be purchasing 3 additional units.

Wasn't the best option for our not profit organization, the players themselves are a bit pricey especially when you can only display to One TV for player without the need for external hardware, little difficult to get the hang of it's more for intermediate users over beginners, and the subscription is required you can't use the players without it. Although it wasn't what we decided to go with I must say the customer support was excellent great group of people who care about customers needs

super easy an convinience
We just upgraded from the old "fire stick" USB player to the new Sign Player Lite. The player seems to be working perfectly at this time. We were having a problem with the old player cutting in and out and resetting itself on occasion. The new player seems to be working without any flaws. It is a perfect fit for our small business and allows us to display our specific content and other pages such as local weather, news, and sports. We have had excellent technical support from Derry and our video board is a great addition for our business.

I think this is amazing software. The TV display very important information for our community. Pros: I love being able to download file and upload it to the page and drag it to the stream. I find it very easy to navigate the pages and insert data and designs. I wish I had more time to work with the interactive options as it seems to be fun and creative. Cons: I struggle with creating forms in the software. I find it easier to create a document and import it into the screen that I am going to upload to the stream for the TVs. If I am trying to create the panel for display then I run into frustration with items and images moving.
Pros: Our front office has SmartSign2go in which we use a monitor to showcase our information to our visitors. They love it! Cons: I like everything. Easy to use. Information is shared while visitors come to the office.
The best! We have two monitors going all day with different playlists on each. They are changed daily and the one in the retail store has our instagram posts on it as well. Our customers love it! I had this program up and running in minutes. It came preset with some background pics from my webpage so it ties so nicely with the web design when customers log on to our page they immediately see the professionalism of the design.
Overall I am very happy with the solution. We use this is a large venue we own and have had very little to no issues with it. Support is eager to help and always available. Pros: I was able to get this ordered, shipped, configured and installed in less than a week. Everything can be done from a single pane of glass allowing us to update this from anywhere. Cons: You have to buy upgrades to get everything that you want. We wanted to be able to play long videos as part of a rotation which made us have to upgrade our package.

Rep is such an awesome guy to work with! We are so happy with how well they work with us when we have a device go down. Shipping is super fast! Pros: SmartSigns2go is SUPER easy to use! You can set up multiple users so management of different venues is a breeze! Cons: We use 15 different boards so the software can be pricey.
Pros: This hosted cloud solution allows me to make adjustments to my digital signage tv's remotely. I used to have to update a USB stick manually once a week. The additional features (like live google maps traffic) are great and impress my clients. Cons: The file/media management could be better. I wish there was a dedicated file manager where you could view and delete all files that you had uploaded with multiple views (detailed list, small thumbnail, large thumbnail).
Pros: I love the ease of being able to create slides for employees to see. I love how you can use different colors and the apps that you can add to spruce up your pages. The adding of the templates was very helpful as well. Cons: The only thing I would have to say would be a con is that it always looks like it fits on your computer screen. When you upload it to play on the T.V., half of your words are cut off.so you have go back and resize everything so it all fits. Besides that it works great!

Definitely a fantastic way to inform employees by broadcasting company news on the television located in a break room or front reception area. Cons: I do not like having to upload images one at a time. Posted training videos are no so helpful when you are looking for specific details.

Overall, as a gym owner, it provides the opportunity for people in the middle of their workouts to find meaningful information and draw attention to things they would otherwise not pay attention to. With a large enough TV, it's almost more useful than social media to "get the word out". Any time CS is needed, I have access and quick responses to a team member. The only draw back is EST vs PST but even at that, they are prompt and thoughtful....even when the issues are because of the end user (me :-) ) Pros: Similar to using any PC software-office is most translatable-easy to pick up and assign the duty to staff. Cons: the learning curve in creating multiple channels and storage of pages.
I am very pleased. Pros: It is user friendly. The last software we had was very time consuming to get slides and videos uploaded. Cons: Sometimes there is a delay when uploading before the slides and videos can be added to the play lists. (This could also be in part to my laptop being 6 years old)
It works much like Microsoft programs and is easy to use! Minimal learning curve! Pros: Being able to do all the editing sitting at my desk and changing on all 3 of our screens. We usually have all 3 running the same information but when the need arises we can customize each to suit out needs. Uploading pictures for a slide show is great and using YouTube videos can really add to your message. People are really impressed with the visual aspect of the items I put up! Cons: There isn't anything I really don't like, maybe more fonts and animations could be added.

Pros: The ability to change things on the fly with ease, as well as add widgets such as Facebook posts, weather, etc. Cons: Nothing complain about. It can’t be more easy than this.

However, the help I received from support made our ‘channel’ look great with high quality. We kept to the basics and I was able to maneuver thru the program and get information out to our members! Timely communication using a modern style presentation method. Pros: We are able to present useful information in a fun way for our employees. Using SmartSign2go has completely upgraded our communications from outdated paper flyers to a modern, creative style of presentation. We can now highlight individuals and information in practically real-time. Our employees and customers love to check our display regularly to see what's new, and to see the new fun changes to the presentation. Cons: A little bit of a learning curve that at first was intimidating, but not too bad once you get the hang of it.
Overall has been great. Customer service form rep has been exceptional. Pros: Love the drag and drop functionallity, pricing and flexability to control 4 locations from my office. I can even see if my employees have turned the system on each day at each location. Cons: The software takes a little while to learn, but once you do, it is quite simple. Would like some more functions and seem to have issues with videos that have sound, but from my little research, that sounds like it may be due more to google eliminating videos that automatically play sound on a website.
It has been a great addition to our community. Pros: It is very easy to use, there are some aspects that take getting used to, but overall it is easy to learn and teach. I also like that I can make changes quickly and get communication out fast. Cons: I wish I could copy and past slideshows so that I didn't have to upload all the content again if I just want to take one thing off or add one thing.

We are able to communicate information that's not exactly right for an email or verbal announcement, but more passively provide info. Also, it gives the company the ability to shine creatively as opposed to bland emails. Pros: Ease of use. I always tell people how simple the service is to use. Whatever I imagine, I usually can create. All tools are easy to understand and operate. Cons: At times I have to scroll up and down the page to view all content. Easy enough, but knowing the absolute top and bottom of the page can be confusing. A large display would probably fix this.
Overall, very positive, we've been very pleased with the product and it's east and functionality. Pros: The software is relatively straightforward to use, and can make most content appear to be very professional without a lot of graphics training. Cons: The dashboard and main screen seems to be a little difficult to utilize when it comes to the need to edit thinkgs. It would also be great to include a live survey/polling component.

Excellent customer service! And best of all, the monthly rate is significantly lower than what I was previously using. Cons: Can’t think of anything major. Our new digital dashboard is a hit amongst our team as well as other Departments. It is a clean & fun way to display Company content. And easy installation as well as learning and maneuvering the actual software are just a few more pros. With that said, we would however, like to see more variety of sample pages. Good communication is key for me, and SmartSign2Go solved that problem easily and economically. It was extremely easy to get up and running, and once I learned the system, I have hardly had any issues. When an issue does arise, I call and have a very quick response. Pros: I like the flexibility to create a sign that works for my individual needs. There are lots of great apps to implement, and they are relatively easy to use. Cons: There are some functions that I struggled with, but after talking with customer service and learning how I needed to work within the parameters of the software, all is great.

The program enables us to provide a professional and fun tool to communicate to our customers with two different TVs displaying two separate messages. Cons: Changing fonts within a slide can be challenging. For example, when wanting to change a font, if you highlight the text, it disappears when you select font. Also, inserting a slide created based on the specs of the TV, requires some manipulation in order for all information to appear on the TV screen. Would be a nice benefit if software shows when an inserted slide is out of boundaries (similar to Power Point).
Overall, it has been a great experience and we really enjoy our SmartSign2go software. We enjoy the flexibility of the software and the ease of use. Their customer service has been helpful and a great resource with whatever we have needed. Pros: I really like how user-friendly the software is and how it is integrated with a lot of popular channels such as YouTube that allows us to play our videos easily. I think it is great that the software is made to build out your channel so easily and customized. Anybody can do it! Cons: I would like to see an update to where you can sync channels and have the videos run at the same time on different devices.

I am a coffee shop owner and we use the software for menu boards. Customers love them and I frequently get comments. We have four 55" televisions operating as digital signs. They hang from the ceiling, angled toward the customer. They are bright and extremely easy to read. We try lots of different drinks and food items. It is so easy to put something new up. Usually it can be done in a few minutes. There are no printing charges, and no waiting for for a printing job the be finished. Typos are easily corrected too. Photos, video, animations can be quickly added, deleted, or modified. It can be done from anywhere one has an internet connection and a computer. I have taken photos in Thailand of Thai tea, emailed the recipe to the store and added Thai Iced coffee to one of my digital signs in less than 30 minutes while in my hotel room in Bangkok. Any one who is computer literate can learn to make and mange their own digital signs with this software. If you are new to digital signage, as I was, forget trying to use the Google software. It is way too limited in its' features and way too bassackwards to use. Finding SmartSigns2Go was the best thing that ever happed in my digital signage experience. Just buy it! Pros: It is a great bargain for the money. It allows a small business, like mine to be able to have digital signage that looks professional and is full of features. My support from SmartSign2Go has been phenomenal. Better than any other software company I have ever used regardless of the type of software. Cons: There are some feature I would really like to see. The ability to lock items in place and real layers would be nice. Upgrades come several times a year, so one day I might have those features.
Customer service has been great! Set-up, training of use and working on issues has been a good experience. We like the flexibility and multiple apps that are available as well as the ease of inserting our own media. We have one small TV inside our office specific for member information and the large outdoor TV for both members and general public. Each has their own separate functionality and programing for ease of use. Pros: Setting up your screens, layout and inserting photos, videos and messaging is great. We use ours as an info message board at the front of our zoo to promote and welcome our non-profit memberships/members as well as highlight activities, events, important messaging and even have a current weather screen. We can program the timing of the slides as well as pre-program additional slides for different days or times of days. Cons: We have some issues with the system shutting down each morning and us having to reboot. We haven't been able to determine if this is a system issue or internet/power as of yet.
Pros: I love how fast and easy it is to use this device. And the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve called for help the same gentleman has answered and helped me immediately. Top notch. Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit challenging using from my smart phone.
Pros: I love that you can set menu board changes ahead of time. This allows me to plan ahead and not have to make changes day of. Cons: I wish you could upload images to a central location and have access to them for all of our areas.

We started with a few players and have grown to 27 players in 5 locations. It has been flawless. The support is incredible. Really could not ask for more. Highly recommend for any digital display. Pros: Easy to use. Great interface. Tons of options to chose from. Cons: 4k displays can give trouble but not a big deal. We have it running on 1080 and 4K screens.
The customer service side was amazing and we were set up and running in no time flat. Pros: We like the UI and the ease of use. This is easy to add and design new pages and makes training people to update the pages an easy task. Cons: Nothing - it was far easier and the cost vs value was what sold us on the product.

We use SmartSign2go on 3 different screens in our lobby & it' s super nice to have 2 different channels playing at once on the different screens. It's very easy to change out playlists for special events. Pros: It's pretty easy to use & has many different options! Cons: Trying to get music/sound to play in the background is a challenge & I wish there was more fonts.
Customer service has been prompt and always successful! Pros: It's user friendly, intuitive and gives a wonderful first impression to those coming in! Cons: The boxes can be hard to reset but that may be location.
Our overall experience is fabulous. Pros: We love that the system caters to our needs as a company. There are so many things that you can add to make the slid show look as cool as you would like it to. Cons: We have had some issues with the system freezing through out the day. Some portions of the system is a little confusing to understand.
It has been a great tool for getting more information to our customers as they can easily stop and read what is happening on the screen or see where they need to go. This cuts down on people asking questions constantly since the information is readily available. Pros: It's easy to setup how we need it run for a set week. We use it weekly on one screen to show slides of what is happening at the office and it's very easy to setup a full weeks worth of slideshows rather than having to go in an update it daily. Cons: Sometimes it can be a little finicky with how it moves the words and pictures around inside the slide. It can be a tad frustrating but nothing that would stop use of the site
Pros: I love that it is we accessible, and I can make changes on the fly. Cons: Wish there was alignment guides when moving content around.
Our schools love to check out the TVs for the upcoming events and to see if their picture is on it. We get lots of comments from our community on the SmartSign2go TVs. Pros: The software is easy to use. I like being able to set up the folders for different months, but can still pull a page from another folder into the playlist. It's easy to move items around and make the bigger or smaller. Cons: I didn't like the update to the text boxes. I liked it the old way....but am getting used to it gradually. Just don't like things changing once you're used to them.
We are using it to message safety (days without injuries...why I want a easy to use up-timer), employee recognition, company RSS feed, weather, local traffic, etc. Pros: I like the fact that slides can be created and modified within the web portal. So many other "brands" require you to create a slide in another program, and import the jpg for presentation. It adds another step, which to me is a waste of time. I also feel that the widgets are superior to others on the market. Cons: There are 2 features that I want to see in this package. 1) a simple to use up-counter or down-counter. Customer service helped me with a workaround that functions fine, but it is more complicated than it needs to be. 2) The ability to rebroadcast a yammer feed is good, but I can only pick from certain Yammer feeds, and the one that I want isnt available for me to pick. Customer service couldnt help me here.

I had a few pre-sales questions and also a few post sale and every time their support has been on it. Cons: Really nothing. It does all we need it to do. I would love a lower price on the service, it's worth it for thier support.
At our college, there is information that needs to be offered to numerous individuals and updated on a regular basis. Using eye-catching graphics, we've been able to successfully catch the eye of students with information in an entertaining way. This helps their success, our success, and the overall success of the college. Pros: Easy to use, SmartSign2go allows our college department to get the word to the public within seconds in an entertaining and easily readable manner. Equally important, because of the numerous updates, the workload may be shared with other individuals from multiple computers and not just from the campus but remotely as well. In our case, we rarely use the templates, but create our own pages using images from both an in-house library and the web as well. Maybe most important of all, because of it's ease of use, I can teach almost anyone to use the software in a very short period of time. Cons: Some of the templates don't perform as well as I'd like (admittedly, I carry high standards). Additionally, I would like to be able to center images with the computer, rather than eye-balling it.

We’ve been using this product / service for about a month, replacing another system. This is much easier to use and was have had good customer service.
I get nothing from it. The students enjoy the photos. Pros: easy to add and delete photos. User friendly. Cons: It is hard to edit text with such a small text area. I wish one could edit text in the large page window rather than off to the side. I tried to snip and paste my bulletin into the sign, but found the text was too small to read on the sign. It's easier to just retype it.
Great visual in-store marketing! I have more to learn about the functionality but I am very impressed with the customer support. Even with my limited knowledge I am able to have a beautiful slide show display and I can control the length of playing time for each slide. The tutorials are a bit awkward at times but I probably need more time with them. Overall I am pleased with what the software offers at this time.
Community involvement & High school unity! Pros: We are happy with the new sign in our high school community service. The finished product once photos & announcements are added is really cool & is a fun, new addition! Cons: I've found that it's difficult to navigate to editing photos when adding new pages or utilizing the features. Also, when wanting to view the display, it's just not as user friendly as I'd like it to be!

We use the system for announcements and inspirational sayings. It is user-friendly and simple. The staff are great and super friendly. I appreciate Derry and Terry. Thumbs up to both of them. Derry is always helping me! I can't think of any cons at the moment. I wish the price of the display screen was a little cheaper, but these are minimal concerns.
The biggest benefit to us for this system is quicker response time on scheduling. Pros: Being able to quickly adjust with a click and drag. Being able to take the app mobile and view it on my smart phone. Cons: Sometimes adding items can be difficult or not look right. The capability of cross usage of software can be difficult.
Pros: Photos can be uploaded and shown. It works pretty good on modern flat screen tv's. We are custodial at the library and it works well relaying information all through the day. Cons: Updating content takes a little time after saving. One of the cons is a limited amount of characters in the text screen.
Experience was great. I told them what I wanted on the sign and they shipped the box with it already uploaded. Plugged it into the tv and we all said "WOW" collectively as it popped up. Magic.

We were able to transition to the world of using digital signage fairly seamlessly in our health club. We currently use 2 systems and are happy with how easy it is to use. LOVE the support we've had whenever we've lost our way! Thanks! Some pros would be: Able to use any jpgs, use of preview is spot on, support is great! I would love to be able to use pdf's instead of having to convert to jpgs. Also would like to be able to crop a jpg within the editing area.
Great product made even better by the personalized support you receive should you have any questions or issues. The flexibility of this product is truly amazing allowing me to integrate social media in the form of Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Yammer, Vimeo, Google Maps, Traffic and weather, RSS feeds, QR codes, Foursquare, Swarm, and with provisions to include any web page. I'm sure there's more that I don't know about yet.I also get to include any media I have on my network, that is what I mean by flexibility. Did I mention easy setup? It is. Monthly fee is inexpensive for what I receive in return. So for a reasonable cost up front and a reasonable subscription I have the power to create and change the sign to suit any need I can think of, and no doubt needs I haven't even considered yet. People comment favorably too. "When did you get this, I like it" is a typical comment I might hear from customers.

Which player is right for me?
The reality is that the Lite, Pro and Ultra player devices will all work great for the typical uses we see. Here are some factors to guide you:
Planning on creating longer playlists with video? Go with the Pro or Ultra model.
Using large format displays (over 55″) where screen resolution is more important? Go with the Pro or Ultra models which fully support 4K UHD.
Installing your player into a tough environment that is hot, dirty, difficult to access or where it is particularly critical that it is reliable? Go with the military-grade Ultra model.
If you outgrow the player you’ve chosen, we’ll be happy to exchange it for an upgraded model with credit for what you’ve paid for the original!
Can I mix and match players?
Yes! Choose the right playback device for each screen. Within your account online, they will all be managed seamlessly.
Will the player keep running if I lose internet connection?
Yes! All of our player models support continued playback during temporary web outages. Exceptions are for content that requires streaming, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Music and web feeds such as social media and news. Be sure to enable the “Continue playing” option in the “When player loses internet connection” section of settings in your account.
Will the player start back up after a power outage?
Yes, all of our player models will automatically resume playback after a power outage.
Can I drive multiple screens from one player?
Yes and no. While some models do have multiple HDMI outputs, they may only offer a “mirror” functionality whereby all screens will play the same content. In most cases, you will have better performance simply using an HDMI splitter.
If you need to display different content on each screen then you will usually need a dedicated player for each screen. It is possible to source a higher performance computer that can support multiple screens simultaneously and independently.
The only time this makes financial sense to use one player for multiple screens is if you want to create a video wall so that content can flow between screens. We can help you with this advanced use-case.
