Lite Player (Raspberry Pi) Won’t Connect to WiFi

When attempting to connect a Lite model device to WiFi, you may find that it refuses to connect despite using the correct password. We have found at least two instances where this has happened so far. In both cases it was with a newer modem/router that had a particularly high level of security enabled for WiFi. We are not yet sure what specific aspect of security was causing this, but the solution the customer found was to reduce the security by just one level and immediately their Lite devices were able to authenticate with the WiFi network.
