Dayparting (Scheduling)

With the Advantage and Enterprise tiers of software you have full scheduling options for both individual pages and entire playlists. If you have one or more pages that you only want to be visible during certain days or times then you can set a schedule from within the playlist by clicking on the page and hitting the gear icon.

Playlist scheduling is handled within the channel. Simply click on the channel and choose Edit, then click on the pencil icon at the right to edit the schedule for the playlist. Incidental playlists trump playlists that are set as "continuous" which is an effective way for one playlist to temporarily interrupt what is normally running for a special event. Once the event is over, the system will revert back to your continuous playlists. You can also schedule a campaign in advance, such as having a playlist for the current month and another one ready to go for next month. More about Scheduling
